Flexible non-contact nanoliter dispenser for integration in R&D experiements, BioFluidix automation platforms or in high scale production lines. Profit from miniaturization, cost reduction of reagents and eliminate cross contamination or clogging.

Non contact nanoliter dispensing

The PipeJet works with a piezo actuator to generate nanoliter droplets from 2 to 70 nanoliters.

Key element is an elastic polymer tip – the dispensing pipe, which gets squeezed by a piezo driven piston to precisely control droplet volume and frequency. Such flexible, non-contact droplet generation enables the dispensing of different liquid classes to realize complex droplet patterns on all substrates!

Single nanoliter droplet volumes by a patented piezo driven direct volume displacement.

The PipeJet® technology implements highly reproducible, accurate and controllable dispensing applications. Each ejected droplet is identical - in shape, velocity and volume - to guaranty an excellent print morphology.

The PipeJet® technology features excellent accuracy and reproducibility of less than 3 % CV (typically < 1 %). The homogenous droplet formation promotes long term stability for a wide range of samples, e.g. aqueous solutions, buffers, solvents, particle suspensions or cells. Even heated and chilled prototypes are realized!

Eliminate cross contamination

Dispensing technology is based on a consumable dispensing pipe meaning that the actuator is never in touch with sample. Easily exchange consumable dispensing pipe to eliminate any cross contaminations.
